Almost exactly 4 months ago to the day Daddy was coming home from the hospital. He had spend 11 days there, and of those 11 days most of it was spent not knowing what was wrong with him. Test after scary test and suggestions of several scary disorders and diseases and all we got were more questions. Finally though, he was diagnosed with a-typical encephalitis and meningitis cause by a virus called CMV. It’s actually an extremely common virus that generally comes and goes without any symptoms even, but in Daddy’s case it attacked his brain, which resulted in several scary and severe neurological symptoms. That was 4 months ago though. And look at him today…
